These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.kkvexport.com (the "Site") operated by KKV Tea & Coffee ("KKV", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
KKV Tea & Coffee is a private-label tea manufacturer and exporter. The Site lets you learn about our services, build an enquiry, and download our free Tea Business Starter Kit.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: misuse or interfere with the Site or its security; attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data; submit false, misleading or unlawful information; or use the Site to send spam or harmful content.
3. Enquiries, estimates & quotes
Information on the Site — including any indicative estimates generated by our assistant — is for general guidance only and is not a binding offer. Prices, MOQs, lead times and specifications are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement issued by KKV. Any order or supply of products is subject to a separate agreement between you and KKV.
4. Tea Business Starter Kit & other resources
The free Tea Business Starter Kit and similar downloads are provided for general informational purposes only, without warranty of any kind. They do not constitute business, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and you should seek professional advice before making decisions.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the "KKV" name and marks, and downloadable materials — is owned by or licensed to KKV and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and download materials for your own evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, resell or exploit them commercially without our prior written permission.
