1. Information we collect

Enquiry details you provide — your name, work email, company, phone number, destination market, and the product/packaging/blend details and messages you submit through our forms or AI assistant.
Google Sign-In (optional) — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to identify you.
Usage & device data — with your consent, pages viewed, referral source, approximate campaign/UTM parameters, browser, device type, operating system and time on page.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, send your free Tea Business Starter Kit, prepare quotes and proposals, and provide our services.
To send you related marketing and nurture emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To operate, secure and improve the Site and understand how it is used (analytics).
To measure and improve our advertising, where you have consented.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (analytics/marketing cookies and marketing emails); legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing and improving the Site); and performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards:

Supabase — database hosting for enquiries, leads and settings.
Vercel — application and website hosting.
Google — Analytics, Tag Manager and Sign-In (where enabled/consented).
Meta — advertising measurement pixel (where enabled/consented).
Our email provider — to deliver transactional and marketing emails.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistently with this Policy and applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business relationship and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis.

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is a business-to-business service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
